Deck, Balustrade and Pergola
This customer wanted a ‘quality outdoor entertaining space’ for their property.
The selected timber for the decking is Flooded Gum hardwood – a great looking sustainably grown Australian timber. The balustrade and pergola are made from Design Pine – a pre-prime treated timber product that is eco-friendly.
This project adds outdoor living and entertaining space that takes advantage of the raised position of the property. It is a great area for a BBQ, a morning coffee, entertaining friends, and working from home.
This renovation is a cost effective means of increasing the living space of a home without overcapitalising.

New Decking and Footpath Extension
This before-and-after video shows the transformation that can be achieved when decking is added to increase the outdoor living and entertaining space around a home.
This project is located in the Adelaide Hills and added a split-level deck to a home on sloping land.
The decking is made from sustainably sourced Australian Blackbutt hardwood timber. The balustrade consists of Iron Ash posts and handrails with marine wire.
The decking wraps around the side of the house with steps down from the deck into the garden.
