At All Decked Out we love projects where we are able to coordinate a group of related trades to assist in completing a project for a client.

This commercial property is located in the heart of Mount Barker. The front yard and entrance were outdated and in need of a facelift. The property had just been sold and was about to have new tenants.

A priority was to renovate the front of the property in a manner consistent with the building’s character.

The All Decked Out solution was to replace the old fence with painted wooden pickets and to build an arbor pergola above the pedestrian entrance.

A new garden was built by KJ’s Gardens (from Nairne) including a brick pathway to the cottage’s entrance.

Under the verandah the existing concrete path was replaced with natural Jarrah decking. This hardwood timber is ideal for creating a warm and welcoming entrance to a property that never ages.

The result is a property that from the street has been totally transformed from a 1970s façade to having a contemporary, modern look.

In this case our customer is Saints Kitchen, a great restaurant in Salisbury. This project consists of using decking for internal bench seating, tables, and the planter boxes in the main servicing area of their restaurant.

This before-and-after video features a primary school that wanted to create a large undercover space for students to congregate outside classrooms. The solution was to build a raised deck that extended out at the same level as the classrooms.

A vegetable garden is a great asset for growing your own food and for the hands-on teaching of children about how food is grown.

This garden consists of solid natural timber planter boxes with an open pergola in the centre for climbing vines.

Rabbits are a feature of the hills around Adelaide and a threat to every vegetable garden. For this reason, a rabbit proof fence was built as part of the project.

A vegetable garden can be a well-designed space that is a feature of the garden. As the vegetation grows, this part of the garden will be a great green feature, particularly as the pergola provides a green canopy and shade.
